New Vegan Taco Restaurant “Tacotarian” Opening in Las Vegas This Summer and We are Excited!
Las Vegas is known for a lot, and good vegan restaurants will soon be on that list. Tacotarian is a new vegan taco restaurant opening in Las Vegas later this summer. The owners state that their mission is to “turn Vegas vegan one taco at a time.” Judging by their mouth-watering menu, they may be able to persuade even the most devoted meat eater to give the plant-based diet a try.
So, what will Tacotarian be serving up this summer? Diners can start off their meal with fresh, homemade guacamole and crispy tortilla chips. As far as entrees go, Tacotarian says they have “the largest selection of vegan tacos in the universe”—and they might not be exaggerating! The menu includes beer-battered avocado, roasted poblano mushrooms, Gardein chicken, refried beans, and even mashed potatoes!

Also, you can top off your taco with creamy cilantro lime dressing, vegan cheese, pickled red onions, avocado cream, toasted sesame seeds, pineapple, and, of course, pico de gallo. And if tacos are not your thing, do not worry—Tacotarian has plenty of other delicious meals to suit any taste. You can also choose from burritos, enchiladas, nachos, quesadillas, flautas, and more!
We all know how frustrating it can be when you do manage to find a good vegan meal at a restaurant, only to awkwardly glance at the dessert menu later on and realize that you are out of luck. At Tacotarian, you can satisfy your sweet tooth with churros or Mexican popsicles. Best of all, you can enjoy your meal with a margarita on the side. What more could a hungry vegan ask for?
