In our WFH fantasies, we have a plant-based chef preparing yummy, immune-boosting breakfasts before our 9 a.m. Zoom meetings. Dreamy, right? But alas, our mornings usually look like us staring at our fridges and trying to figure out what’s easiest to whip up in three minutes!
