Finally, vegans’ biggest problem has been solved! (Okay, maybe not the biggest, but a problem that is definitely up there.) Ben and Jerry’s is now offering vegan ice cream cakes at all of their scoop shops nationwide!
Ben and Jerry’s is one of the first and leading ice cream companies to offer dairy-free options. The brand currently offers nine certified vegan pint options: Cinnamon Buns, Peanut Butter Half Baked, Caramel Almond Brittle, Cherry Garcia, Chocolate Fudge Brownie, Chunky Monkey, Coconut Seven Layer Bar, Coffee Caramel Fudge, and P.B. & Cookies. And now you can get an ice cream cake featuring any of these flavors – all you have to do is ask!

A spokesperson for the company announced that “scoop shops nationwide now offer vegan ice cream cakes upon request,” with some locations keeping a vegan cake on display to promote the new option.
Flavor options depend on the shop, but the structure is the same. Customers can customize their cakes and choose an ice cream flavor to be layered with vegan chocolate cookie crumbles, vegan frosting, and additional toppings of choice.
