The BEST Wedges

Ingredients:

4-5 medium sized yellow potatoes

3 tbsp olive oil

2 tbsp all-purpose flour

1 tsp paprika

1 tsp garlic powder

½ tsp onion powder

½ tsp salt

Optional: hot sauce, vegan aioli, ketchup, hummus for serving!

Method:
  1. Preheat the oven to 350 F. Meanwhile, peel and cut potatoes into wedge slices (about 10 wedges per potato).
  2. In a small bowl, mix the wedges with 2 tbsp olive oil. Add in the flour, paprika, garlic and onion powder and salt
  3. Bake for 25-40 minutes until crispy and golden on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and olive oil. Serve hot with sauce of choice or just on their own and enjoy with friends and family!
