Summertime may be full of beautiful weather, dreamlike vacations, and endless get togethers with friends – but that doesn’t mean work obligations and early morning alarm clocks disappear. Of course a black coffee will do the kick, but where’s the fun in that?

My number one go-to at coffee shops (and at home!) this summer has been an Iced Skinny Vanilla Latte made with almond milk. (The skinny just means the flavored syrup is sugar-free, and you can totally sub in a different plant milk if you prefer!) This guy gets me through my early mornings, tastes like a treat, and – let’s be real – he’s totally instagram worthy.

Staying hydrated is so important – especially if you’re spending a little extra time out in the summer sun. But that doesn’t mean your water needs to be boring! And if your goal is to drink a little more water – fruit infused water makes it easy! It’s so delicious, you won’t even realize it’s healthy.

  • there are so many ingredients you can use! Play around with different flavor combinations until you find your favorite. Some options include: Rosemary, thyme, mint, basil, cinnamon sticks, ginger, vanilla bean, rose, citrus blossoms, berries, melon, tropical fruits, citrus, apples, pears – and so many more!
  • The longer you let it sit, the more flavorful the water will be.
