November weather calls for GOLDEN TURMERIC LATTES!💖 The most comforting and warming wellness drink that makes you glow as bright as this latte. Made by simmering turmeric, ginger, cinnamon, and cardamom in homemade almond milk. It's creamy, dreamy and naturally caffeine-free so you can sip at any time of day. . . If you haven't tried a golden latte yet you must! All you need is a saucepan to make it. They feel so healing I'm sure you'll be a forever fan. You can find the recipe below👇, and on the blog! Golden Turmeric Latte (makes 2) 1 1/4 cups (300 ml) almond milk 1 cup (240 ml) filtered water (or more milk, if you like it very creamy) 2 tsp ground turmeric 1/2 tsp ground ginger 1/2 tsp coconut oil 2 tsp agave 2 pods cardamom 1 stick cinnamon 3 pepper corns . . 1. In a saucepan add your almond milk and water. Bring to a simmer. Add turmeric, ginger, coconut oil, and agave. Whisk to combine. Add cardamom pods, cinnamon stick and pepper corns. Simmer milk for 10 minutes. 2. Remove cardamom and cinnamon. Pour latte through a mesh sieve/strainer into two cups to catch peppercorns, and ensure latte is smooth in consistency.
