“Twix” Vegan Smoothie
- ¼ cup date paste
- 3 tbsp coconut/almond flour
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 tsp maca (or chocolate maca)
- ¾ cup plant milk of choice
- 1-2 tbsp chia seeds
- ¼ tsp salt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp chocolate sauce
- Mix the base ingredients together in a small bowl. Press into the base of a serving jar.
- Blend all of the smoothie ingredients together, then layer the smoothie on top of the base
- Garnish with the chocolate sauce and enjoy as breakfast, or divide the mixture in two for a great snack!
