This smoothie can be enjoyed as a snack or a light breakfast. It can also be kept in the fridge to allow the chia seeds to thicken the smoothie overnight. Try it out! It really does taste like bubblegum!

Blueberry Bubblegum Smoothie

Serves 1-2

  • 1 large ripe banana, frozen
  • ½ cup almond milk
  • ½ cup orange juice
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp vanilla vegan protein powder (or other protein powder of choice)
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 cup blueberries
Optional Ingredients:
  • ½ tsp blue spirulina (for colour)
  • 3 tbsp coconut yogurt
  • Coconut flakes for topping
  1. Blend the ingredients n a high speed blender until well combined and smooth. Transfer the mixture
  2. Transfer the smoothie into a jar, stir in the coconut yogurt, and sprinkle with coconut flakes
