How to improve your personal relationships – the secret’s on your plate!
Could a plant-based diet be the key to better personal relationships?
We posed this question to plant-based yoga instructor, Christian Florez.
He explained that he lives according to the principle of “ahimsa,” which is the practice of non-violence in everything you do.
For him that includes following a vegan diet and doing yoga – and he says that’s had a positive impact on every aspect of his life, including his spirituality and personal relationships.
