Ingredients:
- 1 large ripe banana, mashed
- 1 ¼ cup oats
- ¾ tsp cinnamon
- 1 cup medjool dates (or 1 cup regular dates, soaked in water overnight)
Method:
- Blend the oats in a high speed blender until it has become well pulsed.
- Add the remaining ingredients to the blender and blend until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture into a baking tray lined with parchment paper and place in the freezer overnight.
- Let thaw, and cut into squares of desired serving size!
