  • 1 large ripe banana, mashed
  • 1 ¼ cup oats
  • ¾ tsp cinnamon
  • 1 cup medjool dates (or 1 cup regular dates, soaked in water overnight)
  1. Blend the oats in a high speed blender until it has become well pulsed.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients to the blender and blend until well combined.
  3. Transfer the mixture into a baking tray lined with parchment paper and place in the freezer overnight.
  4. Let thaw, and cut into squares of desired serving size!
