The most delicious and healthy desserts you have to try this summer!
You don’t have to neglect your sweet tooth this summer thanks to these delicious plant-based summer desserts…the best part is, they are all surprisingly healthy!
Almond butter bananas
Are you looking for something quick, easy, and healthy? Then whip up some almond butter bananas! All you need to do is slice a banana into thick coin-like slices and put some of your favorite almond butter in-between. You can add raisins, and for an extra refreshing dessert, use frozen bananas!
If you’ve got a little extra time and want to use up your ripe bananas, try this 2-ingredient banana almond butter ice cream recipe from “Sassy Spoon” (just skip the chocolate chip and marshmallow toppings to keep it plant-based).

Peanut butter oatmeal cookies
Repeat after me: peanut butter, banana, and oats. Those are the three ingredients you need to make healthy peanut butter oatmeal cookies! If you have a sweet tooth, you can add ingredients like raisins, vegan chocolate chips, maple syrup, or nuts! Pair cookies with a glass of almond milk and you’ve got yourself an epic combo.
